Personally, I'd think it a bit of a long shot to expect any repayment of your travel costs, and I say this because these costs were undertaken without the knowledge or prior 'approval' of the manufacturer. Yes I understand that it was rather 'forced' because of your need for service and the refusal of the more local dealers to work on the machine, but organisations work that way.
It might not have been unreasonable for you to have contacted CF Moto and explain the problem before undertaking the long drives, to tell them that this was going to be necessary because the two closer dealers refuse to do the work you need done.
As for the dealers however, I'd think that unless CF Moto is so desperate to have a dealership represent their marque in your area that they are willing to accept such dereliction of responsibility as these places showed, then CF Moto ought to take the position that "If you don't have time to service our brand then you don't have time to sell them, and your franchise will be terminated." "You make CF Moto look bad by extension, and we cannot permit that."
