17 zforce trail control arm bolts spin very slowly with impact but won't budge, tried a little heat but made no difference, any suggestions? No way of getting a swing at the nut side

So I understand, are you able to remove the nut?

Ya, nut came right off, seems the bolt is stuck to a sleeve inside? I did the rear bushings when the machine was about a year old, very simple, front lasted till now, probably shouldn't have waited this long

Probably just spinning the sleeve with the bolt. Rusted together probably. Might try soaking/blasting some good penitrent..like PB spray or liquid wrench in from the nut side and let sit a while, then try to get it to move by tapping it..with the nut on it from the nut side. The key is to get it to start moving. Others didn't have the time or patience and just cut the sleeve and bold just inside the bracket.

When you put it back together put a coating of grease on the bolt. It's will help slow the rusting together.

I'll do that, I'm in no hurry, and as far as lazy days suggestion, that's a good idea too, unfortunately I took it apart at home not at work and I have no welder here. Was hoping for a couple hour job, thanks guys, I'll get back to it during the week, don't really want to cut anything if I don't have to

So I soaked them down for almost a week and even removed the grease fittings and drilled 1/8 in holes through the sleeves to the bolt and sprayed it with PB, WD, liquid wrench and anything else I could find-wouldn't budge, had to cut both on the left side. Got the right side out but not without a fight. Hopefully will have everything I need by the weekend, gonna try the blue polyurethane bushing set from Curren rv

Unfortunately that's usually what most have had to do. Good luck with the re-build.

Man that sucks!  When you say you have to cut them out, are you cutting the bolt head off or cutting all the way through like where the bushing is?  I've noticed just a slight amount of play in 1 bushing on each side so I know my time is coming.  It's a 2021 so hoping to wait until this next fall.

How'd you like those bushings?  Did you buy all new bolts and sleeves too?

Cutting the head off won't do it, got to cut them at the bushing, plenty of room so you won't hit the arm or the frame, cut pretty easy too, only had to buy the 2 bolts and sleeves on driver's side, others came out with some work but are in great shape after cleaning them up. I just got the bushings yesterday along with 2 left ball joints and L&R tie rod ends. Also decided to take the rear apart again to re-grease. Then I brought all the a-arms to work to paint them all, getting a little rusty and starting to show their age, so I probably won't have it together till next weekend. Cold snap here in New England anyway, suppose to be below zero and my heat in the garage sucks
