Does the zforce 800 ever come from factory with a different driven pulley. My 2015 looks to have the old style one.

There are two but I believe all that are sold in Canada and the US have the CV Tech. That is either embossed or stamped on the face. If it does not, you may have the CFM secondary. Post a pic for us.

Broke a belt, dealer put in new belt rollers and sliders. Went to pick up but it was making noise. They were supposed to put in new clutch. Rode 25-30 miles. On level road at 25 30 mph it slips smelled like burning rubber. Pulled cover off , got a freezer bag full of old belt chunks out of air tubes. Pulled it apart, sheaves, rollers and sliders looked dirty but look ok. I'm wondering if belts wrong length since it old style pulley.

Sounds more like improper assembly or parts to me.

Well I got the problem fixed. Dealer had installed used parts from a 600, plus wrong belt. After a little discussion they gave me new rollers, sliders secondary assemble and belt. I texted cfmoto pics and told them they got scammed for warrenty work not done. Have'nt heard back yet but they have been keeping in touch. So we'll see what happens.

Wow....I dont think I would be going back to that dealer anymore.  Glad to hear you got it sorted out though!
I can imagine a world completely at peace.  A world where there are no weapons, no war, and no violence at all.  And I can imagine us taking over that world because they would never expect it.
