Cforce 600 touring Rattle
« on: September 16, 2023, 07:45:59 PM »
Hello.  I have a 2023 cforce 600 touring with 500 kms on it. It has developed a very bad rattle while idling.  At first I thought it was the sliders on the primary rattling but now I think it may be something else. It started out small and grew worse over time, also noticed if I put tension on the wheels it almost stops. I have attached a video, any help in diagnosing this would be great.

In your video you can see two things, Item #1 is loose and vibrating all over and Item #2, right next to #1 is also moving but it also looks cracked. Pics below.

I checked for the crack and it is just a mark in the dirt.  The other vibrating part is a rubber motor mount I believe.  I’m starting to think it may be heat shields but I have tried to hold them in place and the rattle is still there.
