Hey guys, been browsing through looking for similar issues, and there were a few, and I tried some of those.

Switch on, when I key up, the display comes on like normal. 3 seconds exactly each time, it drops off. No lights.
I figured it was the battery, but charged it up. Same deal. Put jumper cables on to my truck just to see if it wasnt getting enough current from a failed battery. Same experience. Bit the bullet since the internet kept saying it was the battery, and bought a new one. Exact same.
Also a thing of note, after it cycles like that, I have to wait roughly 5-10 minutes to try again, or the display does not come back on. But when it does, it's just for those 3 seconds.

Some factoids:

When it comes on, I hear no fuel pump, and no controls work, like cranking it, horn, winch etc.

I have checked the fuse box and voltage is coming in, and out on both sides.
Internet gave me the suggestion to look for a thermal breaker, since waiting 10 mins was sus, but I cannot locate one (if it has one).
I touched the bat pos to the starter solenoid and it cranks just fine, but wont start.

I am leaning towards a bad cluster / display screen. But really would like to hear from y'all first.

Says it's a 600 not a 500. Wonder why? Anyway I don't have a service manual or wiring diagram for it but I would test any AUX relays and if it has a vehicle-down sensor, test it as in other makes like Kawasaki when the roll-over or vehicle down sensor goes bad it does that 3-second thing...although it doesn't take 20 minutes to reset...which makes me think about the main fuse holder problem many 2018-21s had being bad crimps inside the fuse holders themselves. The fuse is fine, just bad internal crimps. Probe the wire coming out of the main fuse holder to system power and see if it goes dead when the rest does. If so just cut it out and install a new one. Contact your dealer for a service manual and wiring diagram.

Yeah it must be a 600. I had 500 written on the paperwork.

I'll look for a manual, but the other steps I got lost on. I don't have any other motorsport equipment to test on, so it sounds like I may need to try and replace the aux relay once I locate it.

On some of these the AUX relay is built into or right next to the starter solenoid...and many have failed. This is a screenshot of the 2020 400's. And I do recommend not just replacing parts without testing them first. Its such a waste of money sometimes.
