CFMOTO Is Testing My Patience...

Still Waiting For A New Engine...
I received my 21' Zforce 800 trail on 06/02.
On the first trip to do the specified break-in, I lost any significant oil pressure within the first 10 miles of operation.
Back to the dealer it went. After their inspection, and phone call into CFMOTO-USA, they said to replace the entire engine.
Today is 09/01, and it has been over two months, and no engine.
CFMOTO-USA stated, "We Have No ETA On New Engines..."

My patience is now being challenged...

Time to demand your money back.

I whole-heartily agree. You gave your money in good faith for goods and services and not received either. Either that or a new machine...but if it were me I would get my money back and get something else. The Chinese are...well.. we won't go into that here. :)

I received a call back this afternoon.
I was told the shipment of "critical parts" (which includes engines) are arriving this week in Minnesota, and shipping out to dealers ASAP.,
I just now received an email from my dealer who stated that CFMOTO told them they should see an engine by the 15th.
Knowing the state of the world's shipping whoas, I'm being extra patient.
If I do not receive my machine back in my hands by 10/05, our business attorney will handle the next steps. She's already been brought up to speed on the matter and is well versed in Washington State's Lemon Law

And also the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (the Federal Lemon Law)
https://www.ftc.gov/industry/automobiles

There's ample precedence for me to pursue this in a more aggressive manner if need be.

Update:
CFMOTO has now stated that the engine will not show up for at least another 60 days.
Since they keep extending the date, I have no reason to believe them anymore.
They should know what sort of, and how much inventory is being shipped,
what there container number is, which port of entry it is entering, etc. etc.
