I wasn't sure where to put this so I started this thread.
I've seen stories here and in other venues where CF Moto has stepped up to the plate and covered issues large and small after the warranty period has expired, and I have one to share now.
My brother has a 3 year old CForce 500 2-up with over 1700 miles on it.
The bracket that connects the backrest broke while we were out riding a few weeks back. I think this bracket is also part of the back rack.
My brother used his phone to make a video showing the failure and showed it to the H&K service manager in Hooksett, and H&K contacted CF Moto.
CF Moto is mailing out a new bracket - no arguments.
Gotta love that kind of service.
