Which of the 2 would will fit better???
1.5 or 1.75 clamp???
I'm wanting to get a spare mount and don't want to order the wrong size

My bars measure 1.680 so if you have to go bigger and use rubber to take up the space.

Normally I would go larger too and use rubber but for a spare tire mount that will have the weight of the tire on the mount.. I am up in the air on size. It needs to clamp tightly and not move. The other thing to consider is that at least on mine, they used several slightly different sizes of tubing..ie the main outside tubing is larger then some of the cross pieces so get a good measurement where you want to mount it first.
