It has come to my attention there may be a problem with ads or pop-ups when viewing pages on this site. Jason, our owner, pays good money to keep that stuff out of there but if it isn't working we/he needs to know. I don't get any myself but some have indicated they do. Although I run an ad blocker on my browser and it blocks hundreds of ads on other forums, it never finds any here to block so...it's a head-scratcher.

So, if you are experiencing pop-up ads on this forum...anywhere..please let us know here. Also what are you viewing us on as far as equipment and browser.

I've been getting them.

Here is "your post" and how I see it with all of the ads, and to say it is massive is "almost" and understatement.

My guess is its from android or Apple apps and not the forum. If I use my Samsung phone browser (Chrome) I get all kinds of stuff where using my Windows P/C and any browser I don't.

I can use DuckDuckGo (with ad blocker on) via Safari and I still got blasted.
I also went through Google Chrome all the way, and still getting blasted with ads.
Perhaps the site owner is allowing it?

Pretty sure he's not allowing any but I'll bring him in on these conversations for his input.

I get them on Apple.

I get a pop up whenever I click a new post to read, but usually only the first one I try to read. 

I have an ad blocker on my computer using Firefox and also on my Google phone using Chrome and have zero ads.

Me too and I can even turn my ad blocker off and not get any ads..but only on this site. If I turn it off on aly other..watch out!

I can't speak to each and every browser/ad-blocker combination, but you can use ad-blockers to hide them.  Personally, I use Chrome & AdBlock (as a Chrome extension) for my browsing.

Recently, I did opt into an automated ad campaign (which is designed to increase ad revenue while automatically placing ads) and it looks like it's placing them in some unsightly locations so I'll review those settings so it's not quite as obtrusive.
