I was wondering if the new trail 950s are wider in the cab or if they’re narrow like the 800. I want more cabin space. Thanks for any info in advance

According to the specs, no. They are both 120"x54.5"x71.6
I have the new 2023 800 trail and it seem wider than the previous modles and a lot more comfortable. However, I am only 5'9" 170lbs. The drivers seat can be adjusted back and forth with ease.

Different people will have differing perspectives, ie more horsepower may make some feel like they are in a bigger machine even though the spec sheets are the same.

Reviews say with the wider seats it feels like it has more room. Some have had problems with leg room on the old design..I didn't because I'm only 5'7. Just wondering how it feels now with the new plastics design.
