I have 2022 2nd gen C-Force 400. This weekend I was stuck once and used 4x4 and Diff locker and it worked fine. The next time I went to use it, it would go into 4x4 fine. But when I pressed the diff locker button the 4x4 indicator on the dash would just flash. And only 1 front tire would spin. For some reason the diff locker isn't engaging. I only had about 26hr and 170 miles when this happened.

Has anyone had this issue before? I looked through the manual but didn't see any info on it.

Did you try an reverse a foot or soo  an turn the wheels a bit

My uforce doesn’t always engage right away I have to move it a bit

Yeah. I tried it multiple times. I've rode it a few times since and it's still not engaging.

Pull the actuator, check the teeth on the slide and the fork for any warp-age. If all looks good check that the slide moves all the way to the left and right. Then with the actuator plugged in turn the key on and operate it and watch the gear on the inboard side. There should be two phases-one locks it into 4wd and step w moves the slider a little farther to lock the axles together in diff-loc. If it doesn't do that look to a new actuator or switch. To re-assemble move the slide all the way to the right and have it in 2WD.

Oh, so that little black thing on the front of the Diff. I didn't realize it engaged 4x4 and the diff locker too. I was wondering how that worked.

I checked it last night and it is making a noise like its trying to engage when i press the F-lock button but of course it isn't and the 4x4 indicator is still flashing. I will pull it off this weekend and see what's going on inside.

Pick up the front end some so the oil will run back away from the seal. When off it will look something like this:
