Hello everyone!

I have a brand new CLX700 Heritage delivered to me a couple of days ago. It was starting and running just fine then. Today I noticed the battery is almost dead and it wouldn't start, so I charged a battery for about 6 hours on 2A current. Plugged battery back in, the voltage was fine (+-12.75V). Tried to start, but when pressing the start toggle it does not attempt to start the engine, and instead, the cooling fan starts to go (it's about +5C outside by the way and the bike is cold). I've also checked all fuses and they are fine.

Any suggestions, please? I will surely contact the dealer but it will only open on Monday and today is Saturday.

I strongly suggest it go straight back to the shop/dealership.

Will do so. Just though may be there's some obvious reason since I'm not very familiar with this bike.

It may have a system power supply problem. Many CFM's have had main fuse-holder problems...not the fuse itself but internal crimp connections inside the holder itself. That's something you want the dealer to take care of for warranty reasons.

Got it, thank you!
