I've purchased from China ebayers previously, and if there are extra fees, they must hide them in the cost of the product.  Recently I bought a set of four motorcycle LED turn signals (which also have indicator lights, and brake lights) for a whopping $5 plus about $2 shipping.  Hard to believe, but they showed up about 10-14 days later.

I took a stator all the way to giving them my card number and the stator was 58 dollars and 39 dollars to ship fedex air and that same stator was 120 on alpha sports plus shipping so it's a little savings and of course the more ya buy the more you save.
