Bolt removal
« on: February 02, 2023, 04:23:01 PM »
Hey all. I have a C Force 600. The 4 wd stopped working. I checked everything and trying to remove the actuator from the front diff. The bolt on the top is right behind the frame. Any suggestions on getting it out before I get a torch 😬. Thanks y’all.

Loosen it, cut the head off and replace with a stud and nut.

Can you disconnect the diff from the frame and move it over far enough to get at the bolt?

This is what I was thinking as well. May be a little extra work but a lot less aggravation in the end
