A while back, I published about the company Grosshandel-Jung online distributor of Storm Protect products, on May 8th I bought a front and rear bumper for my cf600 2020, I contacted Storm Protect and they told me to buy in Grosshandel-Jung, after many attempts to communicate with the seller, on June 2 it was sent from Germany to Chile by DHL, for some reason that the seller did not inform me the product never left Germany and returned to Grossjandel-Jung, after what happened again a thousand emails with the seller to send the bumper, again on June 24 the seller sent the bumper and again the shipment by DHL did not leave Germany and returned to the seller, I have tried to contact the seller or Storm Protect since it is their The only online distributor of their products, they do not give me a solution or return the 365EUR that I pay for the bumper, I really consider it a scam, it has been more than 3 months since the purchase, I do not have a solution, d The two companies Grosshandel-Jung or Storm Protect provide a solution, it is the responsibility of the seller to ensure that the products purchased reach their destination, I do not want to imagine if I have a problem and claim the product warranty, what service will I receive? . I write this in this group because I consider that it is relevant for all those who want to buy a product for our machines and hopefully have known this before buying. Now I am processing the claim by PayPal for the return of money for not sending the product to me.

I feel your pain.
 I bought a bike wheel from a company I have bought from before in Germany and the restrictions around the virus outbreak has basicaly stopped anything being sent out of the country. The seller kept me informed but after 3 1/2 months I asked for a refund. I also had to go through Paypal but got my money in the end.
Keep at them and get your refund.
