Grinding noise on 4x4 only when release throttle quick and on decelerating i ear a grinding noise or rattle under the machine around 25km and down.... Is it normal? on 2x4 no noise at all.
Its on a Zforce 500 2019

In 2/WD on decel or excel there is no power from the engine nor weight of the machine applied to the forward drive train, but in 4wd there is...so I would check all forward drive train parts...especially drive line carrier splines & bearing, u-joints, pinion bearings & flanges. I would also look at all the front cv joints as well as conform that the actuator is fully engaging the diff. Also wouldn't hurt to check the shifter alignment.

Check the front drive shaft, carrier bearing under the console went bad on mine at 1100 miles, was doing the same as yours and eventually made the noise always in 4wd, if that's your problem I got mine at alpha sports pretty quickly, pretty easy fix, good luck

Wow! Same thing just happened on my new cforce 1000 with 2200km on. So is the last reply a valid resolution to this issue? Thanks guys. Bike is under warranty. Should I go take it in right away?
