I think Emerson is but he hasn't been on in a while. You can go to the CFM website and find dealers in any state.

Yep ...  Emerson was my dealer.       

Emerson has so much knowledge of these units.   I did find all the other dealers but wanted to see if any of them are actively posting in the forums like Emerson used to.   Don't  really want to drag my unit in for Warranty work to a dealer that does not know how to work on them.

Wanted to let you guys know that Emerson is no longer a CF Moto dealer.  His local rep was giving him fits so they (as the dealership) decided to drop CF Moto as a brand that they carry.

Yep, thank you.  I felt it was not up to me to announce ... he told me that last week.   I have already talked to the new dealer in Mio Mi, about 2 hours round trip from my cottage.  They are a power-sports dealer, but brand new to the CFMOTO line.   I have two other dealers where I live however that's a 5 hr round trip from where I store my ride.   Hopefully fingers crossed wont need any warranty work.

I don't know how well Cfmoto is going to do in the US in the long run. I only have one within 3 hours of me, there was another but I called them and they said the same, the dropped CFmoto after issues with reps, issues with customers unhappy about wait times for parts.  I myself have now avoided bringing the machine back to the dealer for things that would be warranty since I would rather fix it myself and ride rather than have it down for 2-3 weeks. There is supposedly a warehouse in the US so parts wouldn't take forever but anything I've needed the dealer said it was weeks away so I don't know what they carry in this warehouse but it is apparently not wheels, wheel bearings, or thermo switches....

 All this talk about dealers dropping cf moto  has me a little concerned 

I read Emerson's note on Facebook and am a little concerned as well. He should know because he lived it.

Emerson's experience seems to run contrary to a discussion I had with the local service manager just a few weeks ago where he said he was impressed with CFMoto's commitment to identifying the trouble areas and fixing them at the source, and would cover out-of-warrantee rides for known trouble area failures. I hope the local guy is right, and I hope I never have to test those waters.

As far as fixing warranty issues that has a lot to do with the dealer.

Talked with my "new" dealer yesterday.   Had a good conversation, feel positive if I need warranty work that I can count on them. 

I bought a extended warranty that now claims im good for 4 years. My dealer is in hooksett nh.  I was going to buy a rzr but the values of the z800 sold me. They claimed they had very good reports on cfmoto..  I sure hope they do not stop selling them.
