OK. Thanks. Like I said,I'm new to the utv scene...lol!
There are certain areas to NOT skimp on, and the windshield is one of them. You will look at it EVERY second of EVERY ride, and if it scratches or scuffs, it WILL drive you nuts. I also highly advocate getting a flip-up windshield if you plan to ride at all in the winter months. A full windshield will block airflow in the winter (good) but also in the summer (bad, veryyy veryyy bad !!!)

This thing is the best of both worlds - open it fully 90° (and ride like that !!) in the summer, close it fully in the winter. Open it partially in the Spring and Fall. They are quite pricey, but Makrolon is not cheap for a reason. If you are going to avoid riding over the winter months, then fee free to buy a much cheaper quarter shield. It will block a lot of mud fling and indirect rain off of the hood, and costs a lot less too.

A CFM rep suggested changing the oil immediately. Air filter too as posted previously. Only trouble I have encountered is a loose cap on the fuel tank....under the passenger seat. Mine needed a quarter turn to stop leak. I did some extensive research before purchasing mine about a month ago. Not time tested really but I love the power and the ride. Fit and finish is as good as the big 5. CFM's major problem is that its unknown. I have stated this in previous postings but CFM is Hyundai 10 years ago. You will enjoy the extra money for accessories.

I agree about the unknown issue. My wife and I had been out looking at all the other brands and really liked them, except for the price. We had actually gave up when we passed the CFMOTO dealer. We turned around and fell in love with the Z800,especially the price! Hopefully we'll sign the papers tomorrow! Gonna get it on the trails and spread the word about CFMOTO!

It's not looking good for us purchasing a CFM. Having a hard time finding financing. Anybody have any ideas?

I will add in on the windshield thing.  I did a Lexan windshield for my rhino and riding in WV (i go out there once a year) I ruined it in 1 day.  Dust and wiping it off made it absolutely terrible and unusable for the rest of the time.  Spend the money on a good hard coated windshield and dont look back.
I can imagine a world completely at peace.  A world where there are no weapons, no war, and no violence at all.  And I can imagine us taking over that world because they would never expect it.

Most dealers have a bank or two they work with. If they don't, check with the smaller local banks. They seem more interested in helping.

Made my own windshield (top half ) and rear. Regular safety plexiglass.  Lowes stock stuff. It's been through a lot but still working well.
As far as financing, I've heard credit unions have been more lenient on terms of lending money then banks.
