Just curious to see what kind of miles people are getting on their machines?  I went on a ride with a couple people with Honda Pioneers. Believe it or not (I wouldn't have) one had 40K claimed to be original motor and the other was almost 20k.

Hard to believe 40K..even on a Honda..maybe.. but 20K is believable. Not many have gotten more then about 10K out of any CFM though. Engines are averaging around 8K before rebuilding..some are getting much more though. Some frames are showing signs of structure fatigue around welds in the 10-12K range too. Of course it's all in how it's used and/or abused too. Some only get 4K where other get 15K. They just aren't Hondas,Yamahas, Kawasakis..or even Susukis or Can Ams. But then we didn't pay but about half as much either. :)

Not to shabby.  That is good to hear.

On a side note MSC is great to deal with.  I%u2019ve ordered a few things from them.  They are a little higher than my dealer BUT they have things in stock and really know what they are doing.

Would be a better discussion if we used hours vs miles,  but alas....

If I get 10,000 miles before a top-end rebuild, fine with me, seems reasonable.

Being that they are heavy compared to other OEM brands I am surprised to hear that some have had frame issues. I figured the extra weight was due to a solid frame
