Hey all,

Having a lil issue with my 4wd. I push the 4wd button and I hear the servo motor actuate but the indicator on the dash does not change. Jacked up the front end last night to check it out and in 2wd the front wheels will not turn. I cycled the 4wd off and on a few more time and they still would not turn. Anyone have a blow up of the front did and servo assembly to share? It seems to be stuck in 4wd and want to see what I am looking at before I rip off the servo motor to see if something came loose.

I would pull off the servo to see what it's doing. once you get it off you can try the button and see if it is moving or not. Others have had to deal with the servo and maybe they will chime in with better info.

Thanks emersonsc!!!! If I view I am viewing this correctly the servo actuates the (#21) fork back and forth to engage and disengage the 4wd. Found this pic while searching the net and the CFMOTO servo set up is like this Yamaha one its not to robust and probably need to replace the unit since I hear the servo working when I hit the button. This tells me I probably have a gear stripped

The problem may be apparent once the servo is out and tested. Might as well take it apart if it doesn't work and see what's inside. Should be able to find the failure point.
