600 z force motor rebuild
« on: April 15, 2022, 02:56:58 PM »
I bought a 2015 600 z force side by side. It only has 600 miles on it but whoever owned it beat it up badly. The motor has a knock in it and changed oil and case was full of dirt. They obviously never changed air filter. Everything was packed with dirt.I flushed motor 3 times and it is dirt free but still has knock in it.

My question is where is the best place to purchase new parts for engine rebuild. I see things on ebay but thought maybe someone has had same problem and bought from a reputable vendor in the past. Thanks for any help.

Parts - there is always
https://alpha-sports.com/cfmoto_parts.htm?q=cfmoto-parts-catalog
or
https://cfmotousaparts.com/
or
http://www.mortchmotor.com/index.php?route=common/home

And if you want it done professionally and with a warranty, I suggest nFlow, even though they don't list all CFM engines, they will do all.

Thank you. I appreciate the info. Have to pull motor apart now and find out what damage inside has.
