Just picked up a UTV 500 W/CF Moto 500 that the old owner let it run with no oil and locked up the Rod. Got it on the Cheap so i figured i would just rebuild it. I've rebuilt a Few ATV and Dirt bike motors before but tis is my first UTV. Wondering if anyone had a Video on the Engine Removal. And Engine Tear down.

The engine info can be found under the cforce  500 category. Download the one with the engine you have the efi one is the lower one.  Getting it out, try looking at the z6 manual. The engine is is similar with a bigger bore.  Might give you an idea where to start. If you get stuck, ask and I'm sure we can help or point you where to look.
