40 oz Cup Holder
« on: April 29, 2024, 02:59:14 PM »
Fairly positive that this not applicable to everyone, but I was having a problem trying to carry a standard size thermos bottle  in my 2023 Zforce 800 Trail.  The problem was that the two cup holders were too small to accept a standard size 40oz thermos like the Thermoflask.   Found a  large Adapter that would hold a 40oz bottle at Kemimoto (SKU: B0113-10601BK).  The only problem was that the adapter would not go all the way into the cup holder due to the rubber insert in the cup holder.  Wasn't too much of a problem to remove the rubber insert, it is held in place by two rubber tabs in the bottom of the insert and pulls out with a little persuasion.

I had a similar problem with my 2015 and my 40oz except it was too large and too shallow to keep it in place. Same for my wife's 32 oz. I was able to sleeve both.. with PVC pipe for mine and some rubber tube for hers and now they stay put.
