My 21 600T is giving me a hard time with intermittent starting. The voltage on the screen showed around 12.2-12.4V so I replaced the battery with a brand new, fully charged Yuasa and it made no difference. Didn't find any loose connections or corroded terminals while swapping the battery.
The displayed voltage is still in that same range when the machine is off. When it does start it goes up to 13+ volts. But sometimes it doesn't start. When you press the starter, either nothing will happen or you will hear the solenoid clicking. Sometimes when you turn the key on, you don't even hear the fuel pump prime. Sometimes it will start but a second or two after pressing the starter. Sometimes I can get it to start by holding the starter button and waiting 10 seconds or pressing the button a ton of times. When it does crank it's never sluggish like the battery is low. It's more of just a delay.
Any ideas before I take it to the dealer?
