2022 CForce 500 - Seeking insight in how to access this leak
« on: January 14, 2025, 11:32:53 AM »
I've noticed what appears to be a small coolant leak.

The pictures shows the leak from underneath the ATV. It appears there is an adjustable hose clamp securing the hose. I'd like to get access to the clamp so I can tighten it or inspect the hose for damage.

Can anyone provide any guidance on if I need to remove the bottom plastic pieces or can I access it from a side panel. The ATV is off-grid so I'm trying to minimize the complexity of the repair.

How about maybe trying to put another hose clamp just in front of that one if the nipple extends far enough. Or as Chinese clamps are junk anyway, relieve the pressure, cut that one off and install a good one in its place...although it's probably just loose..like several on mine were.

OK, that makes sense. It's always nice to have a different set of eyes take a look at something. I will try that first and see if it resolves the leak. Thanks!
