I am new to CFMoto and recently purchased a 23 800 Trail. I've ordered CFMoto side mirrors, rear windshield, and Nerf bars. All came with missing hardware. Is this a common thing with cfmoto brand ?

Not usually but the 2023s are a completely new design and some parts require a very different mounting type. It may be that they just don't have there sh*t together yet on all requirements. Additionally as it is all new.. the aftermarket availability will be a while catching-up as well.

The couple places Ive ordered from have ben solid on the parts I ordered in terms of hardware and correctness.

Through a very popular dealer, but these are cfmoto parts, straight from China I would assume based on the packing

Ive ordered through CurrenRV, PowersportsID and TT with no issues.
Curren is apparently "THE" main parts source licesned by CFMoto.

Everything arrived intact and with all the parts.

Just a thought but do they not reuse the bolts etc already in place? Ie no hardware or some missing cause there already on the machine

Oh . . did you check the packaging really really well?
the kits for the rack extenders I got were pretty concealed in the packaging.
