Hello. Going to be doing the first oil change on my wife's 600. Can someone please tell me the size of the crush washer for the drain plug?

Usually don't replace those as you won't be putting enough pressure to do any real crushing. If they crack or start leaking then replace. I have not replaced mine yet and its had around 8 oil changes. Just be mindful of the torque spec..which is only somewhere between 18-25Nm or at the most 18Ft lbs or 221in-lbs. Seems high..might double check your specs. People tend to over tighten a drain plug and end up stripping it out. Don't need that. Do use a little anti-seize or some Teflon pipe dope on it..not the tape.
