Can anyone please tell me hoe to remove this so I can change my kill switch

You don't need to remove ...besides its a pure-bitch to get to the back side. All those rocker switches are held in with tabs on the ends- either in the center or out near the corners. All you need to do is slide something thin and pretty strong in the ends to depress the tab(s) and pull it out. I use wide feeler gauge...about a .020. with a bent tip. Gets both if need be. Sometimes you might need to pry it up just enough to get it in though.

There are some YT vids but none do it exactly like that. Long as you pry a little out while pushing in on the tabs it will slide out.
