I went out for a spin last week to a buddies camp and while I was there the temperature dropped to about -10 C. I went to start and all I got was a clicking sound. The fuel pump did not engage. I had to get a tow home through the snow. When I got it home I checked the battery and it was showing 12.7 volts which would be enough to start. I also located and cleaned all the ground wires. I left it on a trickle charge for a few days and warmed the machine up. Now when I turn the key the dash lights up but no fuel pump but the starter turns occasional and when it does I can not shut it off, not even with the kill switch. I need to disconnect the battery to stop the starter. Any ideas where to look next would be appreciated.
