Trailer is a Marlon 1605 tandem atv trailer. Enclosure was constructed from extruded aluminum and HDPE panels. I added a floor to create more storage space and had a fabricator cut in lower access doors to create an RV style front to back pass through storage. Trailer is Michigan titled / street legal, but I would not recommend pulling it faster than 30-35mph.
It currently has pintle hitch, can be easily converted back to ball hitch style. The tongue jack is held on with wing nuts, should be removed when towing.
I built this for long distance overlanding, pulled by a street legal CFMoto Zforce 800 Trail (for sale separately).
The Hike Crew water heater supplies hot water to collapsible sink. I bought an Ozark Trail hub tent for extended stays, to have a place to hang out if weather was inclement.
To keep trailer under 50″ wide, I had to put the tires / rims on backwards. Metal valve stems installed and balance beads added.
The trailer wiring plug is for a CFMoto SxS, would need to change to U.S. standard plug to use lights. There is a 12 volt outlet in the trailer for charging the Ecoflow while moving, if weather is inclement.
A 12 volt water pump, garden hose & Camco water filter for refilling water jug.
I have two sleeping bags and fleece liners I can include if interested, wash before using.
The interior bars can be easily re-configured.
