What is this error code indicating. I can't find it anywhere. The code goes away while riding but just idling it pops up.

Cylinder #2's O2 sensor circuit shows low voltage. Can be a bad sensor, connector or a harness issue...or maybe ECM but I'll bet its just a bad  or failing O2 sensor.
