Sounds bad..but need to narrow it down so yes, first remove the clutches. All 800s use a 32mm nut on the primary and a 36mm on the secondary. Use whatever you need to hold the clutch and remove that stripped nut. Both are right hand threaded..at least it is on the Zs. After they are off, see ho it rolls...and if easley, see how the engine turns over. If still hard, then see if the primary clutch shaft spins easley one way but stops the other. The one way bearing will cause it to do this. If it does, the problem is deeper. See if it still is hard to rotate. If it is, IMO-she's gone. Will need a full rebuild.
