Anybody tried this out and tuned their ecm?

I'm at it right now. Mainly to adjust the very rich fuel MAP. Can make some sort of guide/walk through when I get the hang of it.  I'm familiar with tuning cars, so it's mostly about getting the interface to talk that's the biggest questionmark here.
