Hi,

I'm considering buying a CForce 800 used (2014 and up) in the next months and I'm wondering about its long term reliability?

Is there some people here that put many mileage (more than 5000 km or 3000 mi) on a CForce 800 and can give me some information about how reliable it is in long term?

My main utilization will be long riding on club trail. No work, no mud, no rock and no hard trail (unless I have no choice...).

For just trail riding like you are planning, these things will perform just fine. Only things to do are to replace the paper filter with a good foam one (if CF Moto hasn't already done this on the 2017 models) and carefully go over the suspension and body bolts and make sure they were set to the proper torque settings. A-arm bolts and shock bolts are notorious for not properly being torqued down to spec.

I already saw the thread you're talking about before posting mine, but except for one they all have low mileage, so not enough representative for me. 

I read elsewhere about someone who have CForce 800 2015 with over 6000 km and he puts for 3200$CAD repairs on it!  So I'm trying to know if it is a bad luck (or simply he was too hard with his machine...) or if it is a lot of problems to come as the mileage grow! 

I hope not because I like the look (and the price!) of the machine, I just try to be sure it's a good buy.

the reliability is certainly there... I purchased a used z600 snyper, 2012, and it works perfectly....and it has 7200 km on it...only mechanical I see is extra play in the steering rack and they are a cheap replacement about $275.00 if needed. I tightened up the outer plastic bumper / sleeve and all works fine. Looking forward to another pile of kilometers this season

I have a 2014 with 3000 km no real issues to date.
