Hello guys. My CF 800 was made in 2016, it has very few kilometers (2500). I never changed the belt. I was cheking it, and I saw something that catched my eye in the driven pulley.
As you can see in the first pictura, the belt is not evenly distributed in the driven pulley when the engine is off. I pops from the upper side, and gets inside the pulley in te opposite side. When I turn on the engine, and gas it, it works OK.
https://imgur.com/pWPgioiSo, I measured the gap between the two faces of the pulley, in two different positions, and I see that the space is not the same. On one side the value is 42 mm, and from the other side 37 mm. It means that the pulley is not parallel when it is off.
