I just bought what a guy told me is a CFMoto CF800 X8 2up, I can't find any information about this model or is he giving me the wrong model, On CFMoto web site they don't list an owners manual which I need and a service manual for a 2102, they start at 2013.

2012, 2013 and 2014 were called X8 or Terralander. In 2015 they renamed them the CForce 800. Check under the Cforce 800 section and you will find the owners and service Manuels for the CF800-2. Not many changes from 2012 to current. 2014 to current they offer a EPS Model. Please post a picture of your machine.

Some models(X5, X6) were offered in a short wheel base and long one (2up).  I don't think the X8 was offered in a short one, so all of them are 2ups. The service manual here should work for you. Just get the X8 users manual, if you need one. Check your vin and make sure you have a 2012. I think there is a tread somewhere here that lists the code for the years.

2up is just a fancy name for being factory made to pack 2 people.
The manual you need is CF800-2,
If you can't find a copy I have 1 pinned in a Facebook page

Nice looking machine. It is a CF 800-2 2up machine. Same as my 2014. How many miles on it.

On the 2012 the main fuse is a glass tube type, Please cut it out and change with a 30amp spade fuse.
The glass fuse will give you headaches.
Also check the air filter make sure the steel cap has not fallen off, and change it out with a uni or twin.
Also check the oil lines where they meet the steel tube, the clamps from factory were not tight enough and the rubber hose was too short.

Ok, Do you happen to have a part# for the UNI filter? I searched Google but didn't find any for a CF800, Also is this the fuse your talking about and I will need the in-line fuse holder also, https://www.amazon.com/Bussmann-BP-MAX-30-Maxi-Blade/dp/B000BXHW6G/ref=au_as_r?_encoding=UTF8&Make=CFMOTO%7C1320&Model=X8%20(Terralander%20800)%7C26285&Year=2012%7C2012&ie=UTF8&n=15684181&s=automotive&vehicleId=3&vehicleType=atv

You need the 30 amp but not the "MAX" fuse. Just the standard. The MAX is as big as your hand...almost. I have one in my tool box if you need it pic of me holding it. It also had #6 gage cable on it....unless the C800s have this going to that glass fuse then by all means use the MAX.

I still haven't found a tread with the list of codes, But it's no big deal.
