Although I do not have a manual on your exact model, most often those axle nuts are pretty much the same for all...especially 800s. In the Z800 manual it lists two sets of specs...not surprising...someone really needs to help these guys with these manuals. Any way in the table it states 130-150nM which is 95-110ftlbs and in that section of the manual it states 110-130nM which is 81-95ftlbs. So take your pick.

My local dealer answered me today and said that between 110-130nm
So thats what im going for
Am also considering making a new better shield for the driveshaft, those who come standard on the rear is a joke to me
They are way to short, and made of thin aluminum
Thanks for the help!

In the manual for my 520 (500s in the us) the manual states that i should torque my axle nut to 320-350 Nm

Clearly an error. That would be 236-258ftlbs. Most all axle nuts from all manufacturers are torqued somewhere between 80 and 150ftlbs.

It's says that in both the 450 (400) and 550 (500ho) service manual maybe an error there to... don't know

Don't know what i actually have my axle not torqued to as I don't have a torqeuwrench when i tighten them. Using te impact seems to work god

To me it didn't seem to be to tight as the axle nut torque specs i been in contact with before have been for cars and trailers where those should be torqued to somewehere around 300Nm.

Never really know what the actual torque is without a torque wrench.
