I have 150km on my xc800, been riding in pretty dusty places and thought I should probably change the air filter. Which filters need changing? Is there just 1 or a few. What's the better filters out there and part numbers if possible for this machine.

Thanks

The only one you should have changed before even your first ride was the air filter. There is only one, and it's in the air box. As for which Unifilter it takes...I haven't looked to see if it takes the same filter as the other 800s...but if it does, then get the one we recommend for all 800s in the info center.

Measure the conection between the filter and airbox. I think it's 57,2 mm (the others c force have 57,2 mm conection)

The filter on the new 800 is a foam type just like the unifilter. No paper but looks the same except blue. I think they must be improving past issues.

Mines new as of July 2019.
