After much thought I just bought a USA 2023 CFORCE 800XC.  I saw where CFMOTO updated the 2023 CFORCE 600 Touring and thought I would see those updates on my 2023 800XC.  When I went to pick it up out of town my machine did not have the turn signal/flasher controls on the handlebars or the park lockout.  Also it did not have mirrors on it.  I am not sure if the newer 800XC had the other updates of a new engine head, stronger frame and engine damping like the new 2023 CFORCE 600 has received.
I have seen 2023 CFORCE 800XC's online with the turn signal/flasher controls on the handlebars and the park lockout.  Do I have a 2022 model being called a 2023 or are there 2023 models that come with different features?  I have seen where you can determine the year of manufacture by the serial number, is that correct?
I wanted a 2023 because I was told by a CFMOTO salesman/mechanic that he saw improvement in quality when KTM became part owner of CFMOTO and would go with a new 2023 over a new 2022 closeout model.  I am going to call the dealership this week to see what their answer is but wanted to do some research before I did.

Wish I could tell you for sure..other then the US versions don't have many things the EU/CA versions do. Turn signals being one. I also don't recall much in the way of changes to the 800 XC sense it's introduction in 2019 other then some engine stuff. It should have had mirrors though. I would push for a set.

Thanks for the response.  It gets a little confusing with the other EU/CA versions out there.  I will ask about the mirrors when I call the dealership.

Looking at the CFMoto-USA site the 2023s don't come with mirrors. Not sure the XC comes with them anywhere.

My 22 didnt come with flashers or mirrors.
Thee are a couple outfits that offer much less expensive turn signal kits for them and several outfits that carry the mirros for them.
I believe cosmetically and basicly they are identical machines.

I saw your post and I wondered the same thing about some of the features.......moreover I have seen 2023 CFORCE 800XC's online with the   the park lockout and the trailer plug under the rear.  When I bought my 2023 Cforce 800XC mine did not have those features either 

The ones at the dealership now at least all have the shifter lock? Strange, I'm not sure if it really makes any difference.......maybe when removing bodywork it could be easier without it?
