I have been having a problem with my 2019 cforce800xc it happens when i let off the throttle. When i let off the throttle over 20 miles per hour the whole front end starts to shake and the handlebars and a loud deep grinding noise happens i have checked the brakes and nothing looks wrong except the brake pads could be a little to close to the rotor

Check that it is not in 4wd above say 15mph and if so check the toe-in...it may be excessive. Otherwise this is a new problem especially with the noises.
