I just bought this quad in November with 200 miles in it all of the sudden i am hearing like a clunking noise in  the eps when moving steering a little bit right and a little bit left no light on dash for eps and eps still works just worried it is going to break  i am also hearing a squeak in the back right tire when making full rotation with tire i thought it was brakes but it wasn't

Welcome. I think I would get it in. Sounds like it having a torque-bar issue in the steering and a wheel bearing failing in the rear. Has it ever been used hard in the mud that you know of?

On the EPS . . check the mounting bolts for it too.
I had mine loosen up on my 2022.
2022 CFMoto CForce 800XC. Lava Orange/Camo Swapped 9x14-27/Fr 11x14-27/RR, Interco Sniper 920, RJWC header. MSC 90 intake.  
2023 CFMoto CForce 800XC Camo/Orange Swapped, Heat Demon grip heater, Turn signal kit, All Balls winch remote kit. RNG Clutch kit w/ Scorpion 3 stage helix. Camso X4S tracks for winter fun. Ice biter chains for destroying asphalt.

how would I tighten the bolts I have a local mechanic but its a pain to get it there is there a way to do it on my own

Just look for the unit mounting bolts and tighten them..as per the torque values listed in the service manual. If you don't have the tools and/or the manual, either get what's needed or take it in...not much other choice here. You can just check them with mist any correct size wrench though for tight.

I cant find anything for torque bar I cant find a part for it either did u mean something else or mispelled it because I cant find anything online for it

Oh you can't replace any parts inside the units...have to replace the entire unit. The torque bar is just a part within the unit that "may" have had a problem..it could be other things.
