Hello,

i have a cfmoto 500 and it used to worked and drive very well. now i have a problem.

if i want to drive more than 40kmph the atv does start to struggle and it stops accelerating. what is the reason of that?

one hint:
if i do press the overdrive button on the handlebar( i mean the button behind the lighter-buttons) it does drive normaly as long as i  am keep pressing.

i am looking forward to get some help here;)

Test the reverse sensor and test that the differential lock isn't engaged or that the button hasn't failed. Needing to use the override indicates the ECU is getting a signal from one of those sensors in regular drive conditions. Is the "X" that is between the drive wheels on the POD on?

thank you, this helped! after i changed in the 4x4 mode and back to 2wheel drive...it finally worked again.
