Hi guys.

I have Euro Cforce 520 with problems. Actually one, but it turned to multiple..

First it got fueled with diesel.. Dont ask why.. 

Rip it apart, flushed the tank tank with gas. Tried to start it, but it hard with diesel in the hoses. Battery died, it was almost dead before this. Replace battery try cranking again. Then i see voltage drop, and the display does a funny ting and then stays on even with key out? I take the positive wires off the battery and put it back. I get light in the dash, crank it and nothing. Lights, horn, blink, winch works but i dont hear the fuelpump anymore. No clicks, no nothing. I took the solonoid out and testet. Its fine. Every fuse is ok, i swiched the relays around (there the same) and nothing. I can engage the starter when i short the solonoid. The dealer talked about it might need a computer, but its a long drive and hope to avoid that.. I even tried switcing the ecu.

Any ideas?

Probe the wires coming into, then out of the main fuse holder while the key and lights are on. You should have the same on both as you have at the battery. If one is low, the fuse holder has an internal problem and needs replaced....as many have. Otherwise, I think this one needs to go in.
