Hello, I just brought a cf500-e project that winds over and fires but won't start. The engine is a 2013 cf188. I cleaned the carbouator and will change the plug tomorrow when I can get one. I'm wondering if there is anything else I can try in mean time? I tried starting in all gears and with foot on and off the break. It pumps fuel as it winds over. The old owner said they were riding then had a sudden stop and would start up again. Any help would be appreciated, thanks

Check the CPS..aka engine speed sensor.
