Does not appear to be turning over, when I started the batter was at 14.7 volts, so probably not that.  Tried trip of turning on and waiting 1 min.  Tried trick of Turing key on and off 3 times and then waiting.  Nothing works.
See video.  Any help would be great.

It's gonna take more info and diag work before anyone here can help. Start with the simple stuff.

Does the dash light up?
Is the kill switch on?
Can you jump the starter solenoid to get the starter to turn?
Are the connections tight?

I will try to jump start it.  The kill switch is in run, the dash lights up.

It's brand new. Do nothing but take it in. But check the kill switch first.

Did you find out what the cause was? Before I adjusted the shifter linkage on my Zforce, you had to rock it in park to make sure it was seated in park gear before it would turn over.
