I have two 2007 CForce 500's.
Ones a LWB and ones a SWB.

I bought the LWB originally to fix for use at camp, got it running.
It idles fine, but when you throttle up it bogs and dies. If you go really really slow with the throttle you can get it to rev up more but still not all the way.
Carb cleaned, tank flushed, spark plug changed.

Bought the SWB; no spark. Swapped the CDI and carb with the one from the LWB . Same exact problem. Changed carbs with one from another machine that works fine, same problem.

Any thoughts here? Its odd it'd be the same problem on both no? CDI box maybe?

Yeah..odd. Maybe a timing problem like maybe a jumped chain maybe?

Thats what I was thinking on the LWB before I got the SWB and it did the same thing.

I was messing with the SWB a minute ago, and found out the following:
Driving in Reverse it seems to work without issue, or atleast as fast as I can go in my yard. Any other gear bogs at increase throttle
Idling I noticed it runs significantly better (still not 100%) while hooked up to my truck via booster cables. Previously I was starting them from a booster pack. No batteries in either unit. Weak stators?

Forgot to mention, Sky blue/white wire is cut at the CDI on the SWB to bypass the reverse limiter.

In case anyone else gets the same issue, it is the kill switch/multi function switch on the handlebars shorting out..

Off the bars, bike runs great. Only tested the 500 SWB,
