One quick question. Does it do this mostly on hills...or all the time even on level ground?

With that, then I can say that's just the way it is. They all do that to some extent.

Canams get that way too sometimes. Either you have to "hump" It or just tap the throttle a little to get things moving inside. Almost seems like it just stopped at some odd spot and it just won't mesh the gears. Some say that the one way bearing in the clutch is dragging causing the secondary to turn at idle. Yes a properly greased bearing cuts this down, but still happens. I would try the hump and tapping the throttle and see if it helps. Just don't get pissed and force than break the shift lever like I did.

OK Thanks. i will do some more research and see if its anything i can do to make it better.
By the way yesterday i jacked the rear end up and put the gear in and tryed to spinn the wheel by hand and it was really hard, almost impossible to spinn.
I think it have to be a way to adjust it. i hope.

If you turning it in gear than it should be hard to do. You are turning a lot of things on the end that has the reduction. I bet if you pulled the clutch cover and spin the secondary clutch, it would be very easy to get the wheels to turn.
