Has anyone mounted switches, light bars, relays, wires etc... on their Cforce 550? Where did you put the switches? Where is the light bar? What light bar?
I'm thinking of mounting a light bar but don't know where and how to mount all this, any ideas?
It would also be great to add a reverse light on these 550's  :P

I have changed all 4 original halogen front lights with LED. 40 watts each. And I mounted two LED spot beam extra lights (not a LED bar) and those are connected directly on to the high  beam with out a rele' in between. And this because LED draws significantly low power and I see no need of extra rele'.if we break the wattage down it will be like this. Original halogen lights have 60W mine is 40W LED  plus 12W = 52W in total just for the left side high beam and you multiply that by two to get the right and left side together  (104W). Comparing 120W originally :-) I still have like 16W to play with before  even reaching the original Watt usage :-)  I used it now for about 2 months and got absolutely no problems at all. Am now thinking of connecting the low beam to the high beam so that the low beam lights up whenever the high  beam is turned on. Am assuming that I need a diod between the low and the high beam to prevent any back flow of electricity to the low beam rele'. I will be definitely posting here when am done. My two 12W LED spot beams are mounted on the front rack and lights up awesomely :-) Am also thinking of installing reverse light. I might need a micro switch on the gear shifter but anyways that's after I get done with the front lights first :-) I wil upload a picture later so that u see where I placed them :-) :-)
If you think having some more switchs u might need to make a mounting bar or something somewhere on the handle bar. As I see no other places to put them on.

I put two on the left side next to the display and one on the right side near the key, The two on the left are for lights and the on on the right is for the thermo fan over ride.
