things must have gone very wrong if you need a new shaft. If you get the part number and do a google search for it, you should find one. I think they updated the part from 0180-081004 to 0180-081004-0050

Am not sure if European part numbers are the same as the rest if the world. But here is the part numbers for the components you have asked in European version.

Thanks Cosmosdan. My mechanic just told me to replace the shaft after he replaced the oil seal and water seal and saw that oil was now leaking in the weep tube. It was only a coolant leak at first but now it was oil and coolant leaking...

Thanks Kaleab. I will check it out if they are the same parts but only of different part numbers.

I realize this is an old post. But was wondering if you could help me out. I have the 500HO 2 up model. I believe it's the same as the 550. I'm having the same leaking problem. And was wondering how you get the assembly out. I got the cover off and it looked like the impeller assembly should just pull out but I'm not having any luck. Do you remember how it comes out? Any help would be much appreciated!

Need the service manual. I sent cosmosdan a PM about sending me a link to the 500HO's manual he has stored. Once I have it I I can upload it to my doc service and send links as needed. You can also send him a PM. In the meantime as i recall on most of these the impeller unscrews off in the direction of rotation, then part of the seal comes off with it, then the other part is in the housing behind it. Then a retainer clip...maybe but we need the manual. There is an oil seal on the other side..somewhere.. we must be careful of. Let's not do anything without the manual...cause things could get expensive quick if a mistake is made.

I have the service manual saved but it doesn't go into details like that. What I need would be the shop repair manual.

Here is the service manual for the UForce 500HO. It had the same...shitty procedure as their other manuals have but...there is something in there on them.
