hi, every few days i have to go to work at 4 AM with the quad...i have noticed it makes a lot of noise, even more when it is 4 am and there is now one around ;-)...does anyone have any tips one how to quiet my exhaust? other muffler? packing?  i would like something that does not decreases the power...thank you

Put a bend and a second muffler across the back will help.

There are a number of makers of silencers out there that may be able to be adapted to yours. I use a BENZ on my Z. Helped quit a bit.

Not as long as there is zero extra restriction. I got one for an 850 JD so the pipe size is much larger.
